We are on Central Time. Regular hours are 9:00 to 6:00 Monday – Friday. In case of emergencies we forward our phones most days to a person to help you with your issues after hours.
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION In order to be registered and be kept in our database, you need to fill out the mailing list form. If you want to be notified when we have new merchandise that you may be interested in, this will need to be done.
CUSTOMER SERVICE We strive to offer the best service and the best products at the best prices. We offer among our regular inventory; custom items, closeouts, overstocks and on occasion we have seconds. Custom: includes gift baskets, embroidery, clothing, furniture, paintings and artwork made by local artists. Closeouts: may be a past year’s model or color, yet always first quality. Overstocks: this occurs when inventories are too high and need to be reduced. Seconds: minor blemishes or irregularities which will not affect performance and labels are usually clipped by the manufacturer. This will be noted.

CHOOSING PERSONALIZATION
Choosing to personalize one of our products makes a great gift into a lasting one. We want to be sure that you are making the right choice and that you are happy with your purchase. Below is some information that will help you decide. Please keep in mind that personalized products cannot be returned.
Monogramming A monogram is when the first letter of the last name is placed in the center and made larger than the other two letters. We ask that you write the initials as you would like them to be monogrammed. We will embroider the letters EXACTLY as you enter them so please double check to be sure the name is spelled correctly.
Embroidering Names When choosing to embroider a child's name, simply enter the child's name the way you would like it to appear on the product. We will embroider the name with the first letter capitalized. It will be spelled exactly like you type it so double check to make sure that the name is spelled correctly.
The most important thing is to be sure to double check your choices before checking out. Personalized items cannot be returned so please be sure that your choices are correct!
Because each piece is personalized exactly to your specifications, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of personalized products.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund of purchase price. No refunds are made for shipping and handling charges. All returns must be made within 7 days in original condition. Please include a copy of your invoice or your full name, full address, and customer number, if possible. Clothing that has been worn will not be refunded. If you want to exchange an item, please contact us ASAP. A lot of our items have limited inventory and sizes. No returns will be made for custom items.
PAYMENT We accept personal checks, money orders, credit cards, wire transfers, and Postal Money Orders. *Personal checks will be held until they clear. Once cleared we will ship ASAP.
SALES TAX We are required by law to collect sales tax for residents in the state of ARKANSAS.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING Shipping and handling charges include packaging costs and insurance. We ship UPS or USPS for all orders being sent to a street address, and we do prefer if you have your items shipped to a street address. We ship USPS for all items being sent to a P.O box, APO, or FPO address. Free shipping will be for ground only, where offered.
All items will be shipped within 2 business days after payment is received (items paid by personal check will be shipped after check clears). Contact us for freight prices prior to ordering any furniture. Custom pieces will ship from 2-6 weeks, depending on the items. Buyers who have their items sent to a street address will receive an Email from UPS or USPS with all tracking information once your item is sent.
When making payment, all orders must include a phone number, so please include a phone number with your payment.
SHIPPING FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
We ship UPS EXPRESS or FED EX for all international orders. When making payments all international orders must include a phone number. International buyers are responsible for ALL duties, taxes and other import fees for their country. You will need to contact us prior to ordering for shipping costs.
